Welcome Lesego Rantho – New technician in South Africa for the PedResp Group!

We are very happy to welcome Lesego Rantho to the PedResp group as a technical officer on the Muco-Kids project in South Africa!

Lesego holds an MSc in Molecular Biology from Stellenbosch University, where her research focused on identifying diagnostic biomarkers for tuberculosis (TB) in adults. Her experience has given her a strong foundation in both lab-based and data-driven research, and she has a passion for turning complex scientific questions into meaningful, real-world insights.

Lesego was highly recommended by Professor Novel Chegou and brings valuable expertise and enthusiasm to our growing team. We are excited to have her on board — welcome, Lesego!
